Iconic hotel. Industrial chic. Great ambiance. Service has suffered under “ new management “ I was told. Mini bar in my room locked as is apparently the new policy. Told to fetch key at front desk with $50 fee if not returned.Mini bar in my children’s room unlocked and not restocked- empty wine bottle still in fridge. Told to personally inventory fridge and report missing items to desk. All room snacks only available at desk . Stayed at this hotel many times over many years. Disappointed.

We got the top floor king loft, heard the TV next door entire day and night. Our phone in the room didn't work so I had to run down 3 times to get the front desk to have the guest next door turn it down or off. Timber lofts are notorious for sound transfer, but this was the wall. There's no sound insulation. This place is not worth the price.

I’m a little disappointed at how unfriendly the service is. Not sure what’s going on for folks behind the scenes but really, every interaction was tense, verging on rude. When we asked about unlocking our room refrigerator, we were told to come down and get the key and it’d be $50. Not a deposit, just that it would be $50. Id expect more for the price.
