Everything was good except check-in. Policy for check in is terrible. I arrived early and told room was not ready which was understandable. But then proceeded to watch 5 people be checked in after that! That was very frustrating! When i asked what was going on i was told rooms were assigned night before and my room wasnt ready but the others where. That is ridiculous! Most rooms are exactly the same i should have been checked into a room that was available not had to wait for an hour when you proceeded to check people in after me.

The staff was new and didn't understand how to handle difficult situations as far as billing is concerned. Thw general manager kevin was arrogant and rude. He hung up on me without resolving my issue. I will never stay at another one of your facilities.
