I stay here because I know the area. I moved away. It is convenient to visit my family. It is clean, quiet and provides all my needs. There are some homeless people near but they don't create a problem. There is sufficient security.

We enjoy staying here. We have not stayed there for a while so security has changed. A manager checked us in and did not tell us about having to use the room key to work the elevator. I had to walk to the front again to then be told how to work it. Post it in the elevator and that would solve any problem. We love the laser show.

The refrigerator wasn’t working well and I ask everyday I was there for them to please fix it. I had medication that needed to be refrigerated and they never fixed it my medication did not hold up by me putting it in ice because I was out and about all day and the ice will melt upon telling them at checkout no apologies were offered and they gave us 33.00 ofc if the room and my medication which was is an injection cost 375.00. They did not care any of the four days I was there and completely disregarded my request. I had to have my doctor call in a new shot and I had to pay another 375.00 because they didn’t care to rectify the refrigerator issue for me. Highly disappointed in their lack of care.

Loyal and Repeat Guest

Sam's Town has several Charge Point EV chargers. Several non-guests are using these chargers (sitting in their cars) excluding hotel guests. Room was VERY nice with what appeared to be all new furnishings. Laser and water show was fun! Good bowling on site. Good theaters on site as well. Plenty of food options.
