This might be one of the worst hotels

This hotel might be the worst that I have ever stayed at. It was listed as a positive that there is a restaurant in the same parking lot but it isn’t a restaurant; it is a bar. The first night the people going in and out of the club were playing their music in their cars as loud as it would go until close to 2:00 am. When I called the front desk they gaslit me and said that they couldn’t hear it even though it was so loud it was shaking the windows. The gym was not clean. The paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. The bedroom curtains were torn and the whole place was worn down. I would never stay here again.

There was no clock/radio in the room and no hair dryer. There was 1 coffee cup and no water cups. Reported this to the front desk and received some extra cups with apologies. Did not want to be charged with the missing items. Otherwise the property was clean and comfortable and the staff was pleasant.

I request for a crib in advance but it was not available. As a result, my child did fall off the bed. The staff did accommodate another bedroom, but it did not come with a crib, which I needed. The mini fridge was not working properly. The new room that was provided was missing a microwave. The area is not safe. It is next to a night club and there is rocks on the ground. My family had to walk on rocks and people smoking marijuana. My toddler fall trying to walk on the rocks and my children had to walk past the smoke. The hotel rooms were small and old fashion. The hotel overall was clean and there was complementary breakfast available.

I liked the texting with the front desk. The bed was comfortable. The staff was polite and professional. The facility was very worn and needs a major face lift. We had plumbing problems with the tub and bathroom sink. Pets are welcomed but there was not very much green space to walk a dog.
