The room was clean, the lobby beautiful, large breakfast area and continually monitored. The Lobby was kept spotless and the staff was helpful and courteous. it didn't hurt that it smelled wonderful too!

First of all, the room that we got was so tight as well as the location was at the very end of the hallway flanked by two bedrooms. The nightmare begun at around 8 pm when it sounded like a frat party going on. Loud music and loud voices screaming can be heard throughout the night all the way to the wee hours of the morning. The noise finally vanished at around 630 am. We called several times but It was ignored. Security came at around 6 am …I actually talked to the front desk but I felt the apologies were hollow. The least they could have given us was an upgrade of our room but nothing was offered. We did not have any sleep the first night. This is very disappointing and I don’t think we will booked this hotel ever again. We visit Greenville on a monthly basis and this hotel did not cut it.
