Check in staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is great with loads of facilities including a lovey gift shop and a food court serving a variety of foods including pizza, popcorn, cakes, fruit pots, salads, steaks etc. The staff in the food court were either super friendly or super miserable, but the food was always good. The hotel location was great for downtown Detroit, the arena and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the arena for show nights. The hotel overall was clean, although not spotless in our room. Nothing to complain about though. Overall a really good stay.

I love how inexpensive my room was compared to the other casino hotels in Detroit! Please continue having the lowest casino hotel rates! In my opinion, it makes Motor City Casino the best out of all 3 downtown casino hotels having the lowest daily rates!

Great hotel. All employees were very friendly and customer service was obviously top priority. Hotel was very clean and very nice. They have a food court so there were options for what you wanted to eat. The area was very clean and the service was fast and friendly. The hotel itself.I would highly recommend. As far as the area around the hotel , not the greatest i wouldn't walk around at night. The hotel itself has lots of security and its was obvious.I always feel safe in the hotel. It wasn't interested in the area around the hotel , as I was more interested in going to see the detroit lions play in their home field and also spent sometime in downtown detroit , which was also a great experience. Area , I feel safe , it was very clean and the stores, cafes and restaurants? were very nice and clean. I enjoyed my few days in detroit. The people there are very friendly.

Clean the rooms better. One pillow case was nasty and dusty was on counters abd table. Our refrigerator had to be replaced and the shower head still had finger prints on it. Also maintenance had to com put up tower rack. The hotel was beautiful.
