Floors in room were dirty, toothpicks and other debris still on floor when we checked in. We were given keys and room # for a room already occupied. Could have been an ugly situation but all were ok about it. Not a word to us from hotel staff and that is unacceptable.

We went for a couples weekend and had a great time!! We went for a concert and loved the atmosphere and the music. Not a big gambler but did enjoy the rest.

We had to change rooms when we first got there because the room had left over pizza on the night stand and urine on the toilet seat. We changed rooms and we had sheets with holes that were dirty and had holes in them. The duvet cover was dirty as well. We asked them to change the sheets and the duvet but they only changed the duvet. We talked to a manager and she gave us 30 food credit. When we went back up to the room they left the dirty sheets but replaced the duvet. When we complained Again they gave us 100 food credit and sheets so we could make our beds. The beds were queens but they gave us king size sheets. They comped the room but the overall experience wasn't pleasant

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to our concert was amazing and got us to and from the venue easily. Room was nice, could have used more available outlets but otherwise great.
