Property was extremely clean, rooms were amazing with space for everyone to have their own space. We had the 4 bedroom with 5 adults and 3 children. Customer Service was awesome. We will be back next year!

Billing by the BERKLEY is being questioned. Waiting on a receipt which I was told would be emailed. No other complaints. Nice area, room was clean and spacious. Faucet in kitchen leaked and it was fixed quickly.

Right from the jump, the Berkley staff provided excellent customer service. The grounds keepers were friendly and offering help when asked. Our family stayed in a 2/2 and it exceeded what the pictures had to offer. The only note is that some of the furniture was worn down but not too much. Everything was clean and accessible. The family enjoyed their stay.

This was a fantastic location for our family; great value for the price and close to major theme parks, but far enough away to relax and do other things as well. Our condo was clean and spacious and the staff was kind and welcoming. One of my kids' favorite days on vacation was the resort day of just playing foosball, being in the pool, eating at the ice cream social, and watching a movie in the theatre room. My only touch of feedback is that because the buildings are getting a little older, they could use a really good deep clean to make it pristine; but that's me being very picky. 10/10 will recommend to friends and family.
