The room had roaches and a rat came in from somewhere. The staff didnt accommodate you on anything you had to ask over and over for things to be done. The hotel did not repeat do not have hot water to take a bath. I had to go and buy towels to dry off on. The room had no microwave. The door would not stay closeed and locked the manager didn't care enough to move us. We try to move hotels but didn't have the mmoney to do so. The hotel needs to be sprayed for bugs and rats need to be caught before anyone else stays there.

The staff was nice and the check in was easy but this hotel look nothing like the pictures. This hotel is very, very old. My room ok, but the linen was old and dingy. I went to walmart to buy a set. The sheets had stains.
