Room did not have a microwave. They didnt have any tissue in the bathroom. They don't have a snack or drink machine. The room was hot and I wasn't able to lock my doors. I paid 77 to stay and was highly disappointed... Wish I could get a refund or a free stay at another hotel. I'm so disappointed!!1

It was nice and quiet during the day; I work nights. The room smelled like smoke and had soft spots in the floor. The tub in the bathroom had stains. Okay for a quick night stay.

Hotel was lacking

I was very disappointed with my stay. I want to be clear. The customer service was excellent, but the condition of the hotel was lacking. I had issues with my door to my room, side door was broke and there was not an iron in my room so I requested one and it took an hour to get there, the bed was not comfortable and the water in the shower was not hot. I am not a picky person but I didn’t have a good stay.

I forgot the lady’s name at the front desk but her CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WERE AMAZING!! TOP TIER!!! She has “Ritz Carlton” type of service!!!! Highly recommended as I’ll be staying again when I return next week.

Entire building was disgusting. Room had bugs flying around because they leave the windows in the hallway open to let out the weed and cigarette smell. Bed was covered in stains and looked like the same sheets had been used since the place opened. Front desk lady was nice but after I got in the shower to realize there was no soap I went down to ask for some and was told they don’t have any. Not her fault but very inconvenient. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES ONLINE. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP OF A HOTEL. Renovations couldn’t even fix this place.
