On this visit, I had a terrible experience from the moment I arrived at the front desk. They gave me a room “212,” where the key didn't work. Every time I needed to get into my room, an employee had to come and open the door for me. This happened at least four times, and of course, I had to waste my time waiting for the employee to be available. Another problem was the phone, which didn't work so I could order room service. I had to go downstairs to report the issue so I could order my food, and of course, after that, I had to wait again for the employee to be available to open the door. The woman at the front desk didn't seem to care about my situation. I asked about a room change or an upgrade, and she said she couldn't do anything. So, they didn't care about the VIP service I have through the app either. 😏
