All in all I’m very pleased with this hotel as I just used it in transit to lake Atitlan the next day. I ranked one star lower because I was picked up in a taxi, not a shuttle as I assumed. It did give me a bit of anxiety as that wasn’t explained to me, so transparency on airport pick up would be helpful.
