The property was nice overall and the staff were also very attentive and kind. We were disappointed that the bathroom did not look like the pics as it had a tub opposed to a walk in shower. We asked to be moved however we're told they were completely full and all the bathrooms had tubs so moving us wouldn't fix the issue at hand. I personally do not like tub showers and wish the pictures of the hotel reflected the actual bathrooms. The bathrooms were also open concept so limited privacy.

I have been to many hotels and I had never been treated like I didn't belong which make me feel discrimated. Staff was a bit rude and didn't seem to want to help. Parking at the hotel is inconvenient you have to take 3 different elevators to get to your room.

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend! I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with a modern yet cozy feel. Whether it was the lobby, common areas, or my room, everything was clean and inviting.
