Viajamos em família e foi uma experiência agradável. Desde a chegada fomos bem recepcionados. Quarto ótimo para família grande como a nossa, atendeu as expectativas. Ficamos 5 dias no hotel. O café da manhã tem boa variedade e é muito gostoso. Os funcionários são simpáticos e solícitos. A Sra Isabel (gerente do hotel) estava sempre disponível, buscando nos oferecer melhores condições. O hotel tem o diferencial de servir café da tarde. Foi feita a limpeza diária do quarto A internet nem sempre funcionou tão bem, mas os ambientes são limpos e acolhedores. A localização do Hotel é ótima. Fizemos vários passeios, alguns a pé. Ótima opção para viagem em família.

O quarto parece bem menor do que nas fotos. Banheiro precisa de uma limpeza mais caprichada nos rejuntes. O chuveiro estava sujo, na saida da agua, limo acumulado. tivemos que limpar antes de usar. No café da manhã a parte de confeitaria parece ser de itens feitos ha alguns dias... Enfim, alguns pontos a melhorar. A localização é muito boa e os funcionários foram cordiais.

Nao tem piscina , ar condicionado ok, banheiro cheiro forte, pegamos um quarto perto da lavanderia de manha depois das 7h os funcionarios chegam e comeca o barrulho fente rubso falando maquinas trablahndo. BOM PONTUAR QUE O ATENDIMENTO DA RECEPCAO OTIMO café bom mas um dia pedimos leite e trouxeram um que estava qualado azedo. A LOCALIZACAO É PERFEITA PERTO DO CENTRO UMA DELICIA PARA APROVEITAR A NOITE

O hotel é no centro da cidade, dá para fazer tudo a pé. Alguns apartamentos são barulhentos, principalmente os da frente da rua. O café é compatível com um hotel 3 estrelas, muito bom. Funcionários educados. Só tivemos um problema porque nos deram o late check out e esqueceram de colocar na reserva e, no fim da estadia, parecia que estávamos sendo expulsos. Depois de explicar à recepcionista e camareira do turno deu certo. Boa relação custo-benefício.
