Was a very long line at check with not enough staff helping. Room wasn’t ready and was given cheapest drinks on the menu from the bar. Got a call room was ready and had to wait in the line again to get the key. Only 2 towels in bathroom. Haven’t received itemised bill for stay. Couldn’t check out manually. Had to do drop off key. Couldn’t get my name right, even in room my name was incorrect.

theworst expereincewhich made me to leave a negative review is their elevator poor management not prepared for a public holiday flood of guests with only 2 elevator functioning. huge que and waste of time using 2 seperate elevator to come down or up from the room to the street Also i middle of night when i arrived there was no hotwater took almost 1 hour for night receptinist to come to the room and transferirng me to another rook

Great stay so 4* is a touch harsh but it was a challenge to get out. You’d be waiting 10 minutes and then it would be overcrowded. Staff were fun and friendly.

Only one thing I would suggest to have more then one weight scale. I went to the ground floor and reception to ask if I can borrow a weight scale to check the luggage weight as I did some shopping but the staff advised I can’t get it as they have only one scale and has to stay on the lobby. So I had to go and buy a new weight scale across the road from jb hifi.

My third time at the property. I tend to alternate between this and two others. Rooms are good, breakfast is decent. Staff and staff sense of urgency is hit and miss but on this occasion better than the previous two. Location is extremely handy.

The property was in the perfect location, it had a beautiful reception area with a stunning bar. The room was amazing also. Only inconvenience was the parking at Wilson parking 300m down the road.
