Great check in process! They met us at the airport for our free shuttle to the hotel. The restaurant was delicious and had amazing drinks/cocktails. The shopping mall on site was a nice treat as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Después de cuatro años sin visitar Ecuador, este viaje superó todas mis expectativas. Fue mi primera experiencia hospedándome en el Hotel TRYP de Guayaquil y, sin duda, lo recomendaré siempre. La atención al cliente y el servicio personalizado fueron excepcionales. Quiero destacar especialmente a Gabriela y Daniel de recepción, quienes fueron sumamente atentos, profesionales y carismáticos durante toda mi estadía. Yo que trabajo como front desk en Canadá, me sorprendió gratamente ver que el nivel de servicio del Hotel TRYP de Guayaquil está a la altura de los mejores. Me sentí realmente como en casa. El desayuno buffet fue delicioso, las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y la ubicación es ideal, con fácil acceso a restaurantes, cines, discotecas y más.
