Spent 8 nights at Hilton Garden Inn and never received a free breakfast. Because I used Expedia my 8 days did not count on my Hilton Garden Inn account. Because I used Expedia I lost at least 1 free night and possibly 2. I got charged a business rate and i was not there for business. The overall cleanliness of Hilton Garden Inn's has fallen sharply over the past year. I believe needs to reimburse me for 2 nights.

The hotel made a mistake and did not reserve the restaurant for a wedding party of 16 people. We were forced to find a restaurant to accommodate 16 people at 8:15PM. It was very upsetting for the bridge and groom as well as other guests. This caused a large issue for the wedding.

Rooms could have bedn a little cleaner. Our room had no carpet and you can see where it hasn't been swept. Our suite was wonderful, except peeling of flooring that showed up in my wedding pics. Peeling on wall. Hair in sink.

The front desk service is friendly and the room is clean and comfortable. Cleaning is done every other days, but you can request cleaning if needed. It's a good experience and I will come back again.

Because our room was right above the pool on the 2nd floor it smelled of mildew really badly and the included brunch was disorganized, cold and everything tasted watered down. The flow of where everything was made no sense at all. Front desk staff were very friendly
