This hotel is a great place to bask in the sun with a private beach, beachfront dining and free beach cabanas. Indulge in reflexology, a body treatment and a sports massage at the on-site spa. At the two on-site restaurants, enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and Turkish cuisine. Enjoy the health club, as well as activities, such as snorkelling and scuba diving. One of the best hotels I booked. Excellent and friendly staff. Cozy and clean rooms. Wonderful location with a private beach. We had a very lovely stay the Turkish bath and spa was very nice great area by the water to sun bath clean rooms. The bedding could have been better. There was just a single waffle weave blanket for the cover. No top sheet or comforter. Great breakfast

Rude staff!

I recently stayed at charisma de lux . The hotel itself is nice, with good facilities and a pleasant environment. However, the biggest disappointment was the staff. Unfortunately, most of the waiters, waitresses, and even managers were extremely rude and disrespectful. The customer service was weak and far below the standard you would expect from a hotel of this level. On top of that, the staff came across as very greedy, constantly looking for ways to get extra money from guests. This left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. While the property looks good, the poor service and unprofessional behavior ruined the overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel if you value respectful treatment, transparent service, and professional hospitality. Management should seriously address staff training, attitude, and ethics toward guests.
