This is old and dingy, the bathroom is full of mould. The staff are great and location is amazing. The amount of money they make on location should easily justify renovations for at least cleanliness

Rooms need to be updated. Provide more than one small tube of shower gel and shampoo for 2 people for 2 nights We always bring our own, but not everyone does. Also should not have to take own rubbish out to a skip bin when staying in a hotel. Should be included in housekeeping service.

The hotel experience was average....was woken up at 430 and 615 in the morning by alarms which make my initial experience unpleasant. I also discovered syringes in the washing machine and luckily I noticed this before not only putting my clothes in but also causing damage to the machine. There was no safety taken for myself and also the reception staff who was forced to put the syringes in a coffee cup....this is unacceptable. Restaurant breakfast was average as well. On the positive side...staff were friendly and hotel room well serviced and maintained.

The state of the room was appalling ,quiet dirty definitely, not as 7.2 star.Half a shower screen missing, whole sliding door fell of the rail , causing bruising swelling to left arm. Overstate state quiet dirty.

Our initial experience when arriving coloured our stay. Despite having advised the hotel of a late check in (that they assured us would be fine) we had an awful experience, waiting for ages for someone to let us in, being told there was no room for etc and that we would have to stay in a “spare” room in an alternate building which was not made ready for us. The attitude and response of the management was very poor and didn’t seem to care about the issues caused nor apologise.

Staff were polite, helpful and courteous. Room was in need of maintenance and upkeep. Kitchen light did not work. Only one single lounge chair provided in a 1 bedroom apartment obviously designed to accommodate 2 people. Bedside lamp did not work. Insufficient signage in basement carpark to clearly show which direction to lifts. Insufficient signage on residential levels to show which lifts could be used to access the basement carpark without going to ground level and finding the other lift. A small final matter but inconvenient is that coffee in the breakfast area was instant coffee and hot water. Surely hot brewed coffee is now the minimum standard without having the order it and pay extra at the breakfast area reception.
