Being in downtown Seoul was awesome. The hotel was the perfect escape for the bustling city. We were there during national protests and it provided the perfect escape while getting to soak everything in.

Amazing from the minute we got there from front desk all the way through the minute we left! There is absolutely to dye for upscale food court in the basement level and 8 story luxury shopping department inside the hotel! The pool and spa are top notch. Can’t wait to go back .

I have stayed here twice, and both times I was happy with the Hotel. However, this time I had to ask for the free wine as it was omitted from my room. Also, I tried to book for the spa but it was full and I was not offered to go on the waiting list. The Pierre Gagnaire restaurant was amazing and the service phenomenal.
