I could’ve given this a much higher rating. 3 to 5 stars but I had a very unpleasant stay due to the fact of kids running and jumping on the floor above me. I sent three complaints to the front desk and it was never resolved. It ended at 1:48 AM. And I had to be up at 6 AM. None of my complaints were followed back up with so I do not know if the staff tried to resolve the issue for me or not.

Getting to the hotel was a little confusing as it is deep in a shopping center, but once we arrived everything was wonderful. Everything was spotless, service was kind and enthusiastic, breakfast was great, and the entire stay was pleasant and smooth.

Another great stay at Country Inn & Suites. Check in was fast and easy. King Size Suite was fantastic. Room was clean and had plenty of pillows and towels. Free breakfast was very good. Eggs and sausage, as well as fresh waffles. Will continue to stay at Country Inm & Suites.
