I lost connection to the wifi everyday and had to call the help line each time to get reconnected. Tub drain handle was not on in the tub upon arrival, went to the front desk and asked them to fix it. They sent people up to fix it and it was hard to use the remainder of my stay. Upon arrival both sink drain plugs where not attached, was repaired when they came to fix the tub drain.

5* hotel without the 5* service

The complex is huge & plenty of facililties which make it the famous 5* hotel it is. The room was huge and clean. But everything feels like its trying to rip every penny out of you. The minibar cannot be used for your own drinks - and the menu states if suspected you've moved something (not used), you'll be billed. You even have to pay for the in room coffee/tea, which having travelled all over the US for 3 weeks, this was the only hotel that didnt provide free hot drinks in room - the irony of a 5* hotel not providing 5* service. You have to pay a resort fee to use the pools etc on top of your hotel fee (why not build it into the hotel price) yet anyone (including drug addicts high as a kite) can enter the hotel/casino area which is trapped in a 70s "feel to smoke inside here" stench. We did enjoy our stay here, but out of the 8 hotels we stayed at, all over the US, this we've stayed at better for less. Definitely ranks in our bottom 2/25%.

I was treated with hostility in the night entertainment club Omnia. I was escorted out the side door of the hotel and directed outside with no explanation, and frankly it ruined my whole experience because I had walk all the way around to the hotel entrance to get to my room. On my way, the Caesars staff expressed their inability to correct the situation. That would have made since to me if the Caesars staff had not recommended that place to me to celebrate my birthday. I’m appalled by how I was treated, and to add to the problem they kept my credit card I used. I will not be returning to your establishment, and it has been made abundantly clear that that is just fine with you. Thanks for asking.
