We had a great stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The location is very convenient to everything you would want to do in downtown Halifax. The parking was easy to navigate and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The toilet in our room did leak but it was not a major issue, and staff were responsive when we let them know about it. We would stay here again.

The room we booked originally was not ready when we arrived. We were told this was due to a maintenance issue that needed to be taken care of. We were put in another room. We originally booked a corner 1 bedroom King suite with a view of the harbour. The room they provided was a King room with no view.

The Sheraton provided convenient parking but was an additional $30+tax. The hotel has a bright and spacious lobby and our check-in was quick and early. A lovely member appreciation snack was provided in our room of a couple of fresh strawberries and macarons. The room was clean, attractive and quiet with eco packaging of soaps and lotions and recycling receptacles. Enjoyable stay!

Remon and the rest of the staff at the front desk were possibly the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. The people cleaning the rooms were also very friendly and did a great job at tidying up my room. Location is also perfect.
