Hatten is in serious need of revamp. Shower drain is choked, basin is choked, broken power socket, algae and mouldy bathroom, broken old furnitures, zero cleaniness of the room. Totally not recommended to stay here, there are other great options nearby also. Breakfast is depressed, we end up eating outside for 2 days even thou we paid for the breakfast.

Hotel has aged quite a bit, most obvious was the bathroom/toilet tiles. but overall is still clean and check in/out was fast and hassle free. Location is excellent within walking distance to great food joints, special mention to chinese restaurant Congee, noodles and rice which serves good zhi char!

Rooms are mostly suites nice size. Although we had room facing air well saw nothing. Had to keep windows closed and curtains drawn. So book room with views unless you just wanna sleep.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. However check in was VERY slow and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The hotel room is clean but showing signs of sgeing and in need of upgrading, same as the cafe.

Was a nice trip here. Just a little disappointed the mall was under renovation and nothing was opened much..but other malls were nearby so that's ok. Staff were nice, friendly it's easy access everywhere

Stay at premier junior suite for 3 nights, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. No hair conditioner and shaver is provided, shampoo and shower gel a bit small bottle, not enough for daily usage, has request and was refill more for next day. Breakfast was good and light snack at lounge access also an advantage. Went to sky lounge fir drinks, but seem like no enough staff, order drink but was not serve, at the end we left and back to room.Hotel spa is an advantage,dont need to go outside, just make booking in advance.

Is time to upkeep the property condition, especially the air conditioning. Lower the air conditioning temperature will cut down the hotel expenses but not for such hot weather. The air conditioning becomes weak with low airflow and makes the room stuffy.

Very disappointed with the condition and non maintenance of the hotel room. Water hose was licking in toilet, toilet doors as well as main room door was so dirty. Furniture were dusty too. How do you expect quests to return when you don't bother to maintain the cleanliness and standard of the rooms
