We stayed at 19th floor at first, the ac wasnt cold so they gave us another room on 20th floor. We could hear the rooftop bar (22nd floor) sound until 1.15am, and the room upstairs kept moving furniture until 2am , am not sure what are they doing. The breakfast was horrible, u could tell the kitchen staff were fed up and didnt wanna work there, their kitchen uniform looked like they just had war, and i saw one kitchen staff (male) in noodle soup area mocking a young female customer. Thats how bad it is. The bedroom was dark and gave u uneasy feeling, design was stupid and the sofa n tv area was useless, we only put our luggage there..and the lift was the worse part, wobbly and feel unsafe. I personally wont ever go back to this hotel, even if its free.

Location is good and I like the roof top bar. However the room fittings are slightly old and shower head leaks sometimes. The toilet door and toilet bowl is in an odd position such that it’s difficult to operate the door.

good & bad experience

Overall nice & convenient to the tourist attractions. I got long scratch caused by the broken mosaic at the edge of pool when I tried to sit on the edge of sun longer area. Staff did not respond or apologized and I have to request plaster by my own otherwise they just ignored me....hope to improve the safety of the property
