Good hotel with free parking!

Good for a two night stay. Very walkable to the city center. Lots of restaurants close by. Property could use some updating. Breakfast was available, but was very basic.

Room was nice/ standard. It didn't have a kitchen sink so had to use the bathroom sink. But there was a good selection of tea and coffee. Milk was provided. Bed was comfortable. Aircon - awesome. Quiet in general but could hear a couple of sirens outside. Great parking and check in/ check out was a breeze.

Everything was good but there was a large area of blood that was in the carpark. I wasnt told about this until after we left but the staff were out there and should have noticed it and cleaned it up.

Receptionist was very nice and friendly. The elevator is currently broken and we were on 2nd floor and there's a ground level. 3 flights of stairs wasn't the best. Beds were comfortable. The rooms are just above the standard hotel. We didn't check the pool or other common areas. Close to Hobbiton and affordable.

Safe, very convenient, and clean with free parking and continental breakfast available at a reasonable price. Room price very good value and the basic room is quite spacious. Worried about giving a good review in case they increase the price, but it would be unfair to do otherwise.
