The room was very clean and convenient to where we wanted to be. The first night wasn't as quiet because someone's dog kept barking. It finally settled and the rest of the night and the second night were quiet. We would stay there again.

The junior suites were not the best setup with air conditioning throughout the room and the air duck vent was facing the living room and not the bedroom. I also noticed that room service was only scheduled to clean your room or empty the trash cans and to drop off fresh towels every other day or asked for and when we did ask they were never brought and we had to got to the front desk and ask for them in person.
Front desk was exceptionable. We requested an early check in and the wonderful front desk manager was gracious in accommodating our request. We did not arrive as early as planned but certainly appreciated the ability to do so.
Our toilet was clogged in the morning and they didn't fix it after I told them about it 2-3 times. We had to use the toilet in the lobby which was very inconvenient.
My husband, 10 month old daughter, and myself checked in, which seemed a little crazy at the time of day. Got to our room, and no less than 5 minutes later, another customer had keyed into our room while I was changing. I realized a few minutes later our keys did not work so I went down to discuss the situation. I received new room keys and a half hearted apology, but was not offered anything for the invasion of privacy and inconvenience. I went to order food at their little kitchen and the lady taking the orders was pretty trashy with the way she spoke and was not very friendly. We decided not to spend a dime more there and ordered some food from somewhere else. We stayed in the room with the door double locked just in case. Not to mention the phones were down in the whole place. Cleaned my daughter’s bottles thoroughly and when I woke up in the morning there was a baby cockroach crawling on one of them. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
I am highly disappointed and annoyed and am upset that I wasn’t offered a discount or anything for my troubles. Save yourself the time and money and stay somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
We found the room to be nice and the location easy to work with for our purpose in Wilmington.

What I didn't like is the gym, i like to work out And none of the equipment worked. I wasn't told.i dod have the option to go to another Hilton to goto that gym. But i didn't. So i went to Planet Fitness.

Getting close to needing updates. Starting to feel outdated in room. Quiet location.
The place was run down and dirty. The heater was on heat yet it ran cold air. The tiles were cracked. The mattress was hard as a rock and the towels were worn out. It is a shame because the property use to be nice. I will not return.
The facility and room were nice but there was no remote to the TV. I asked 2 separate times for a remote and none was provided during my stay. Some surfaces in the room were also not properly cleaned or looked as if they were in need of a wipe-down.
Comfortable accommodations. Requested an ADA room ... my only concern would be in the shower, as the handheld and regular shower heads were very high, but I managed. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
