Book Hanksville hotels

The only negative was that after the long drive in, at dinner time, having waited to eat. We were under the impression that dinner was served there. No where in the site did it say it wasn’t open and it came up on google for serving dinner too. They were not open due to staffing, but some notice would’ve been appreciated, by the time we got done unpacking we had to drive out and find an open restaurant on a Sunday. Otherwise the stay was very pleasant. I was originally booked on the 2nd floor and didn’t know there wasn’t an elevator. I had gear to carry in and the front desk staff was very nice and was able to accommodate a first floor room on a cancelled similar room. Without me asking. I was ready to haul it all up, I really appreciated that. Breakfast was tasty and the lady working it was very kind. even when I forgot to spray Pam on the waffle maker and accidentally got the batter stuck to the waffle maker.

This trip was for an early mother's Day. Just myself and my mom with our pups dome was the most perfect, incredible experience. Super clean, very comfortable. Great view of the stars at night and really convenient to Capitol reef which is exactly what we wanted. It gave us that off-grid feeling but with all the nice amenities of a hotel. They even had a book of suggestions and local restaurants and things to do. Can't wait to come stay here again!

We stayed in a luxury cabin which was nicer than the hotel room we had the first half of the week.

The room was updated and clean. The staff was personable and helpful. The pool was awesome.

I was nervous with the mixed reviews, but the cabin was lovely and a great place to stay. Great location for us!

Overall, it was a new experience spending a night in a dome.
