We stayed at this location because we were going to a concert. The hotel is very reasonable in price. I had a standard king bed room. It does have a pool, restaurant and valet parking. Located in a nice area. I did not have time to enjoy the amenities. I only disliked the stains on the white comforter. Other than that check in and out was easy. Even had a courtesy call. Staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

They didn’t give us water at all and then the Ac was in unit it was too noisy and also the wind was in our face we couldn’t turn it off bc it was too hot and humid. So all of us got sick

Convenient downtown location with onsite parking. Parking is valet only, at the posted rate for the property. Getting your vehicle was easy and quick when it was needed. In and out privileges. Clean and modern room, friendly staff.

Hotel is dirty. Went to every floor for ice and finally had to go to the lobby. Coffee bar wasn't open. Pool is NOT heated. In a very sketchy part of town. Room either too hot or too cold. $250 a night I expected somewhat better.

Overall the stay was okay! The ice machines didn’t work on my floor so I checked a different floor and those didn’t work either so I went downstairs to report it and a staff member told me to go check another floor, but another staff member decided to give me ice from the Starbucks counter. There was no microwave in the rooms, it was only one downstairs. I feel like to rooms are too expensive for you not to have everything you need in them! And the staff are giving you the runaround about everything. Last but not least housekeeping didn’t come to clean the room until 3:00 or 4:00 in the afternoon. By that time we were back from shopping and wanted to take a nap.

Little disappointed with the staff handling the cars . We were loading our bag after check out and the car was so much away from the drive way. The staff was yelling and threatened us he will take the car and move it away. I would like the hotel management to review the CCTV if any to witness what happened july 19 morning after our check out. I believe the hotel guest should be treated with respect and thing handled more diplomatically.
