Outdated furniture,many outlets didn't work,only one burner worked on hot plate,drip pan for dishes nasty,toenails and hair all over bathroom floor, only one remote for 2 TVs which all of it was trash..tv looked like it had a UFO coming out of it bc of the lights about to blow on the tv and the remote u can only use one button when that even worked ..went to resort to go snow tubing and had to drive an hour away to another resort to do that bc of no opening any day we were there ..spent more money at a different resort than the one I booked .. also the people next door was extremely loud with many kids ...never book again

Upon arriving I was given the key to a room and once I got there which was 2 miles up the mountain. The keys didn't work. I went back down the mountain 2 miles and was given another key, so I went back up the mountain 2 miles and once inside there was a room full of other people's belongings. I exited the room immediately. Went back down the mountain 2 miles and was given the right key went back up the mountain 2 miles. We also left our pizza on the counter that night and by morning. black ants were everywhere. We had a wonderful time at the water park and the staff did do their best to fix all the issues we had

Villa at Massanutten

Everything worked well in the villa we stayed in. Some minor improvements would be coat hangers on the wall and door mats to clean snowy boots on. The pillows werent that comfortable, bring your own. Great space for a small family. Lots of deer hanging around, beautiful views.

Comfortable and Generous

We were housed in a different property from the original booking. We enjoyed our stay at Innsbruck Summit Properties. You should advertise more of this condo property, its located on the hillside and view is amazing. My family and I will definitely come back here.

The property itself was fine. The tv would not work and it took 3 calls to maintenance. Once they got it on, it kept skipping and freezing every 10-15 seconds for the remainder of the visit. So trying to relax was immensely frustrating, especially with 3 kids wanting to chill and watch tv.
