I was very impressed with the lush tropical vegetation, the beautiful salt water lagoon that anchors the property. Love the attentive staff. There were a couple things not working properly in my room one of which was the AC unit but they took care to fix it right away.

I have traveled to the Philippines a few times. This was the worst food I ever ate. Absolutely horrible. The bar also had a 3 drink limit. If you like to eat and drink go to the Bahamas. This place is cheap and the food is awful an the pre mixed 3 drink max is stupid, We ordered food out and are looking to stay somewhere else till we leave

The Perfect Escape to Relax, Recharge & Get Things

I had an amazing stay at Plantation Bay Resort & Spa โ€” truly a one-of-a-kind experience! The resort is stunning, with incredible facilities that make it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The staff were all so friendly and professional, always going the extra mile to help. I stayed in the Dune building and it was perfect โ€” super comfortable and ideal for balancing a bit of work with plenty of relaxation. I also had the chance to enjoy the spa, which was absolutely wonderful โ€” I highly recommend it! Iโ€™ll definitely be back!

Everything was fantastic! From the service (hospitality, restaurants, amenities, shops, spas EVERYONE) to the facilities of Plantation Bay itself (wow, they were great!!!) across the board it is really top-notch and 1000%. Plantation Bay exceeded our expectations on every level. (Great Fun, Safe, Clean, Great food and so much to do) Thank you so very, very much. We would highly recommend for sure!!! Hopefully, we will see you all again very, very soon!!!

All the staff in the accommodation were very, very friendly and sweet. In particular, the attitude of the receptacle at check-in is important enough to determine the first impression of the hotel, and the first impression of this hotel was good. Also, the concierge (bellboy) and the staff at the restaurant were friendly (visiting and experiencing all the restaurants in the hotel). The Mogambo Spa was also good because it was a new atmosphere different from other places in Plantation Bay. All the staff I encountered walking around the resort welcomed me with a smile, and these experiences left a very good memory of the resort. And on the first day, I couldn't enjoy the swimming pool, which was the reason I came to this resort because it rained so much, but I think it's a great merit to be able to enjoy the swimming pool even after checking out. This is because the weather in Southeast Asia cannot be predicted. "However", there are two things that are regrettable. Such good experiences during stay from check-in are offset at check-out. The female staff at the check-out table wasn't very friendly and didn't even say goodbye or thank you for staying. The moment I checked out, I felt like my fantasy about this resort was broken. Furthermore, the attitude of the female staff at bazarr, who was heard after checking out to buy resort souvenirs, deleted the good memories of their stay. I didn't welcome guests when they came in, I hummed alone when I paid, and I wasn't very friendly.

Nice resort but poor food options and overpriced

Overpriced for average food. Inflexible terms and conditions. Charged 20% for room service delivery. Small portions and limited options for kids.
