The room was clean, the staff was helpful, the parking lot was well lit & felt safe.

Cons: very basic room furnishings. Not many plug-ins, only a desk chair, room just seemed empty compared to other rooms we've had. Toilet paper was stationed more towards the back side of the toilet which was annoying to have to reach back to get it. Discovered the shampoo was empty and when I called the front desk, housekeeping hadn't gotten there yet, so I had to go down to the front desk to get some which was just uncomfortable being grungy in front of all the breakfast eaters. Pros: beds were firm, no sagging or dips like at Holiday Inns. Breakfast was pretty good. Egg & cheese omelets instead of flavorless scrambled eggs. Fresh waffles were amazing. Fitness room was nice with good variety and purified water filling station. Ample (free) parking all around the hotel. Didn't get to use the pool

We stop here often. No front desk staff, check in via video. Rooms are always clean. Area is good and safe. Right next to a truck stop so can be noisy at times but quiets down around 8 or so.

Desk was friendly, however food on floor in lobby that only need swept, was there over night. Room was clean. Typed Sign saying no food in room, is that comfort policy? They do not want to clean.

Staff were wonderful and helpful! Room was spacious and clean overall. Bathroom of the room was VERY small and configured very oddly. To open the door to it, you could not be sitting on the toilet or you would be hit. Or even toddler taking a bath was super uncomfortable because it’s small and you couldn’t sit on the toilet without the door being shut. The housekeeper did not see the toilet paper wad dried on the shower ceiling and the wall by the trashcan in the bathroom look like it could’ve been wiped down. Ample amount of towels and I appreciate that as we even were able to ask for more with zero pushback or having to bring our towels down and return for new ones. Breakfast was not good. Only complaint! It was like a 2 out of 10. Overall would stay again, but please fix the pool heater and ice machine on floor 3. It’s very inconvenient to go in the elevator down to 2 to get ice and there is only one elevator and it’s on the slower side.

Great breakfast, clean room, and quiet neighborhood.
