"This is such a friendly hotel, the staff are warm and genuine. It was such a pleasure to stay there. The facilities are good, air conditioning would be nice in the bedrooms, but that's not essential. The evening food offering isn't great as the only choice past 5pm is the restaurant or room service. ..."

"Nice clean hotel.Decor is a bit old but apparently all hotels in Harrogate are like that. Could do with a lick of paint. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, can’t fault them at all."

Very nice hotel but a few things put me off
"Really enjoyed the hotel, the only two things that spoiled it for me was…there was lots of hair in the swimming pool and the beds weren’t very comfortable, especially the pillows they were extremely uncomfortable, apart from these two things the hotel is lovely 😊"
