Hotel was nice and in a great location. Only complaint is that the pool was super cold. This made it difficult for us to use the pool for very long. We had planned on being at the pool multiple times on the trip but only ended up using it for about a hour total due to it being too cold. If I wasn’t planning to use the pool I would stay here again.

Nice hotel in a good location for our hockey tourney. Elevator worked well but we chose to use stairs often so as not to wait for it. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was packets of oatmeal and apples or bananas but my son liked the pancake machine.

first we arrived early and they did let us check in. the room was clean and there was a young man, that ran the breakfast he made sure that there was always fresh hot food to eat and it was replaced before they ran out . very clean in side and out . i would stay there again.

The 2 staff I encountered were nice. The 3rd floor and our room smelled like feet. Our AC leaked on the floor. That was unpleasant to step in in the morning. There was hair in the shower that didn’t belong to me. The shower curtain was FILTHY on the bottom. I didn’t realize until I was getting out. The pool said closed, nothing on site. Heard people in lobby talking about swimming last night- asked the staff…but had a closed sign and part of the ceiling was missing

When I got there after 7pm, they gave me a room that had been half cleaned by housekeeping, then just left in that state. Nearly every other room on that floor was in a similar state. I had to go back to the front desk, ask if it was finished being cleaned or not, and have them come up to tell me it was not cleaned. And then I had to ask separately for them to give me a room that was clean. They didn't even offer that without prompting. The entire place felt extremely outdated - as if it had last been updated in the 1990s or early 2000s and never touched again. It really soured me on the entire concept of staying at any Radisson ever again.

Do NOT stay here unless you want to share a room with flying bugs I complained to the cleaning crew and to the lady at the desk who made it sound like it was no big deal. I was going to ask for a different room but then noticed the same flying bugs were in the breakfast room/common area - so what's the point. I consistently killed MANY flying bugs in my room which is completely unacceptable regardless of what kind of bugs they are! In addition, the floors in my room were dirty, the sheets were never changed during the 5 d/4 n I stayed, bed was never made, bathroom wasn't cleaned although towels were replaced. Overall, the hotel is in severe need of updating. The mattress seemed ancient - springs were loud when you sat on it. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were old/way too soft/collapsable. Shower fixtures were loose & it was difficult to get all the water to come out of the shower head, so the water pressure wasn't very good. The ONE good thing I can say is that thankfully the AC in my room worked, but I will never stay at this hotel again.
