Room was great, super clean! Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful too.

5 minute wait at check in before we were even greeted Ants in bathroom No one told us there was a secret hidden curtain that could blockout the morning sun so we slept without curtains and were forced to wake up at 7am. Pillows hard as hell. Staff very aggressive when confronted with issues

This hotel was very disappointing. The executive lounge doesn’t serve any alcohol at all and the advertised refreshments were really poor, just a choice of a sandwich and pineapple juice from a large urn. The breakfast experience was dreadful so we only went the one time. The dining area was very dirty, the food was of poor quality and choice. The swimming pool had no loungers or chairs so there was nowhere to put your belongings if you did use the pool. The staff were just ok. Really wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Everything is excellent except for the parking and check in on the 12th floor.

**Below Expectation for a 5-Star Hotel** The price of RM1200 per night did not reflect the experience expected from a 5-star hotel. **Pros:** 1. The room was spacious and surprisingly very cold, even without the air conditioning switched on (around 18°C). The tiled floor was also very cold. 2. We made a last-minute request for an anniversary room decoration. Although the hotel required a 3-day notice, they still managed to provide a simple setup—thank you for the effort. 3. Kids were given a “mystery activity” to complete, with an ice cream reward, which was a nice touch. 4. The check-in process was smooth and quick, with welcome drinks provided. **Areas for Improvement:** 1. No room slippers were provided, which was uncomfortable given the very cold floor. 2. The table lamp was not functioning, and it took more than 30 minutes for the technical team to respond. 3. All TV channels were lagging badly. Even calls to the operator had delays. The technical team mentioned this was “normal,” which is quite unacceptable. 4. Parking was limited and located far away. The buggy/trem service was not readily available and had to be requested each time, which was inconvenient. 5. There was no lifeguard at the swimming pool. We witnessed a concerning incident where a young child nearly drowned after jumping into the adult pool area near the kids’ slide. This raises serious safety concerns. 6. Breakfast was expected at the coffee house, but it was instead held in the ballroom.
