Compare Hotels with Parking in Haverhill

I was locked out of my room and the tech could not get in as well. They had the drill thru the lock and get me in - which took them an hour. As frustrated as I was being locked in, the staff were amazing and its an example of when tech fails, nothing anytone can do about it - how you react is why I think is why I give it an excellent review.

The room was large and spacious, and immaculately clean. Mattress was very comfortable. AC unit didn't seem to work, but it was late April and not a problem. Plenty of power outlets and lighting through out the room. My only complaint are the pillows. Even though there were 6+ on the bed, it took 3 to give any kind of loft. Each pillow was as thin as a bath towel. Aside of the pillows, this was a great room and a good stay.

Great location in downtown historic Salem

Everything was really good! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room and lobby was very nice and clean. The only things was the mini fridge was really small, I want to say half the size of a regular mini fridge. We were on the first floor, I am not sure if the fridge sizes changes depending on the room. Also the hotel is right off a highway. You do not hear any traffic at night or anything, but to leave the parking lot you have to merge onto a highway right away. The highway was always packed so depending where we were going sometimes it was hard to merge onto and then over two lanes. Other than these two things we really enjoyed our stay, everything was nice and the staff was lovely!

It’s a great family hotel to stay at if you have young kids. My daughter enjoyed the waterpark and arcade a lot!
