If you don’t stay here while I’m Salem you’re doing yourself a disservice. The hotel is centrally located, clean, and the most friendly staff. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Parking was the only difficulty with this property . The staff and facilities were top notch . Very very clean and super friendly from Zachary our initial contact at the front desk who was extremely personable and very helpful and freindly to the wait staff at the restaurant who were very patient made my wife and I's entire experience an absolute joy and we will definitely be staying here again.

Loved staying at Nantucket property and I recommend the Narragansett property to friends staying in the area. But disappointed in this property. No hot water in shower, sink didn’t drain and didn’t have hot water. When we first arrived the first floor was cool but comfortable but the loft was overpowering hot. Had to run AC for quite a while before being able to use that bedroom. Would not recommend.

The staff were lovely, the room was cute and clean, but to me, that's the bare minimum. Our plugs shorted out, and we didn't have lights on the nightstand or plugs that worked. The next morning, all the plugs shorted out, the water pressure was bad, it took a very long time to get hot water, and there was a loud noise of a compressor or something going on and off outside our room all night. The room was super cute, as was the whole hotel, but unfortunately, I wouldn't stay here again.

The room did not at all meet our expectations, especially at the price (over $500 with taxes and fees for a Saturday night). The room was large, but incredibly sparse. One chair, no clock, no full length mirror. The TV was very small for a room this size and was so far away from the bed it would have been difficult to watch (we didn't even try). We had planned on a 2 night stay but cancelled our 2nd night because of the room. The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because all the staff was great. The rooftop bar was also nice and fun. However, the room was a dealbreaker. We wouldn't have even stayed the one night if we could have gotten other accommodations. We were very disappointed as soon as we entered our room. It's unfortunate since it wouldn't take much to improve it. The issues seemed obvious to us. The hotel we moved to for the next night was great and less than half the price (but was for a Sunday night).
