Absolutely beautiful hotel! It’s a shame there is no convenient parking. Maybe a shuttle or golf cart to get guests and their luggage from the parking garage. That was my only concern. It is difficult for seniors to drag luggage for such a distance.

We had a great time. We wish there was breakfast available at the restaurant on a daily basis. We also wish they had burgers available at the roof top restaurant and a better drink selection. But we loved the accommodation and had a great get away.

The property is in an amazing location. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were very nice and clean. There is a roof top restaurant/bar that was truly amazing. The food was great. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again

I've stayed at numerous locations around Salem over the years. This hotel is my new favorite. It is perfectly situated on Essex street. We stayed in a micro king which was was really cool. The bed was a little raised and surrounded by windows so we felt like we were in a tree house. We could sit in the windows and look over the city. The town hall was right behind us. The food at the rooftop bar was really good and the views were great. The hotel staff actually called me, the day before to welcome me. I have never received service like that and I've done a lot of traveling. Everything was great. The only thing I didn't care for and this is the sliding bathroom door. I'm not a fan of those as they offer 0 privacy. But I would stay here again even with that door. Great place, great staff, great food. Excellent location.. you literally couldn't get a better spot in Salem.
