Retreat 52 is a fully-loaded & newly renovated 3 level home in Innsbruck Golf Resort. The property is nestled in the back of the community right on the green. Enjoy privacy only minutes away from downtown Helen. The inside boasts a spacious main level great room with a modern rustic design, gas fireplace, and large windows that provide great natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and a large dining table with a beautiful Edison bulb light fixture. Every bedroom is furnished with ultra-comfortable luxury linens, and Smart TVs for down time.

The large deck features a screened-in portion, along with an outside bar on the railing, and commercial grade grill for BBQs. The terrace level is dedicated to entertainment and features a pool table, foosball table, additional family room with Smart TV, patio, fire pit area, and large hot tub.
