Room very clean but could gave done with just basic cleans when we were there. We were there for 9 nights and the floor was never cleaned, but apart from that it was lovely

We had another wonderful time at the Scandic Grand Marina! We stayed at the end of November, just as the Helsinki Christmas Market opened. The staff is incredible! They are all very helpful, friendly, and informative In particular, Litlith did a super job arranging for our transfer to the airport and printed out our train tickets to Turku. The family room was spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Another super feature of this hotel is its location. It is a very short walk to the Helsinki harbor and from there the center of Helsinki unfolds before you. It is beautiful during the Christmas season with all of the lights and decorations. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

Too bad my floor was having some renovation now. The hotel is very close to the ferry terminal and the marina congress center. About 10 mins walk to the town as well.

Hotel room was cleaned too look at but the floor I don’t think it’s been vacuumed as I felt dust on my feet. There wasn’t any coffee in the room and when we checked in early we got charged extra 20 euro after travelling for less than 48 hours we were too tired to ask question. I don’t think I can recommend this hotel to others.

Short walk to the Number 4 Tram, and pretty much most of the tram and bus networks. Also, a short walk to Esplanadi in Helsinki centre city, and the open air market. There are also stores nearby with good food and everyday necessities.

My stay was ok. The hotel room was old and dingy but I believe they are modernizing rooms. While the shower was good and breakfast was great, the bed was horrible. A thin layer was added on top of the older mattress. It kept sliding out every time you turned. Not a very comfortable sleep.
