We stayed at a VRBO property on Lake Gaston during Spring Break and had a fantastic experience. The home was spotless and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals comfortably. We especially enjoyed having access to the kayaks and paddleboard—they added a fun, relaxing element to our stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, providing the perfect setting to unwind and rejuvenate.The host was very informative and responsive, which made our stay even smoother. A special thanks to the kind neighbor who went above and beyond to help my son retrieve his phone from the lake—truly appreciated! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and welcoming getaway.

We really lucked out with this property and the weather over a long Easter weekend. There was ample space for us, access to water toys, and friendly surroundings that made for a perfect weekend for everyone.

The home was clean and inviting with lots to do!! We rented a pontoon and that was also a good experience. The grounds were clean. The view was just spectacular!!
