food service for breakfast was very slow. I finished my meal before my wife received hers. Daisey, our waitress was worthless. Never looked at our table once we gave her our order. Had to ask multiple times for our meals and check.

The room & property smelled like dirty diapers. Not sure why. Visually, the place looks great. Fitness room was terrific but not safe for women, as ellipticals are turned away from gym where males use exercise bench behind you. No mirrors to stay aware of what might be going on behind you. Not enough towels in room for two people.

The breakfast set up was a problem. Most places we have stayed include breakfast. We went to what we thought was a buffet but could not locate any silverware after obtaining our food. A worker came over and advised that to obtain silverware she had to check us in and the breakfast cost $15 each. We were not the only people that this was happening to. The quality of the breakfast was definitely not worth the price.

The floors were dirty in the room. Felt like they had not been cleaned in awhile. Bathroom had no toilet paper and we had to go down to get it because they were so understaffed. Bathtub grimy as well. People obviously smoking weed in the rooms but again, no staff to stop it. Elevator floors gross!! And you have to drive quite a waya to find food bfast is an upcharge. This place was not worth $220 a night!

Not happy with this visit. Hotel was sold out For a 'Pow-Wow' A native American gathering It was horrific to say the least Not happy staying I had to leave early to get away And it was expensive I requested a complimentary water I was told no $4.00 I drove from Boston to North Carolina and was disgusted No parking A pill 💊 on the floor Red fibers on the bed sheets Tiny toilet Very disappointing stay I was there 5 hours and couldn't get away fast enough

Staff exceptional. Property less than normal hotel standards. Hair on floor everywhere. Door spaces wide so that you hear adjoining toom neighbors entire conversations. Figs barked all night due to soace between room door and hotel. Stayed at Hilton Tru hotels on thr same interstate and for much less with less noise. I got 3 hours of sleep making the stay less safe than simply driving a few morw hours. Restaurant had great food. The burger and fries were better than my last 5 Star stays so good job.
