Perfect hotel for my touring holiday. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Good range of food for breakfast served in the beautiful Le Marrakech restaurant salon. Sites in the historic Altstadt a short walk away. Even better for me the hotel was directly opposite the train station (routes to Switzerland and Germany),the bus station and a short walk to the harbour (for ships to Mainau Island and Bodensee towns). The room i chose was comfortable but quite basic. A kettle or coffee maker and supplies would have been a welcome addition. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend Hotel Malm.

Excellent setting in a very nice town which has a terrific holiday atmosphere. Also an excellent base to travel in Germany and Switzerland. It was my second visit to this Hotel, patio right on the lake.

Location is convenient for dining and shopping, as well as close to lake.

My wife and I had an amazingly pleasant experience at the Panorama Sheraton, and wish we had planned to stay longer than the 1 night transiting from Frankfurt to Lake Garda. The room on the 9th floor was clean, modern, comfortable and very practical. All drains were working perfectly and so did the AC. The bedding was just perfect for us and provided us with a great night sleep. Breakfast was among the best we have ever experienced in our travels. It takes place on the 11th floor from where you get a top notch panoramic view of the entire region. You may even sit outside if you wish. I saw a Zeppelin airship flying over the local mountains while having breakfast. The selection was vast and included unusual items like champagne, smoked salmon, gluten free bread, horseradish, papaya and a few very efficient coffee machines. The personnel was absolutely wonderful, cheerful, accommodating and provided us even with a great suggestion to experience the Karren funicular nearby which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Parking is very safe and only cost 12 euros per night. In our opinion this hotel could possibly turn into a 5 star given the high quality of service we have received. A beautiful old facade and dining room. We need an easy access shower rather than step in bath with shower, the hotel accomodated our needs.

This was a quiet hotel, almost tranquility in the air. Wonderful indoor swimming pool with infrared and sauna and a small outdoor area. Dinner was excellent and breakfast also. Here they care for every small detail
