Over priced. Very expensive but a great handy location.

Great location! Close to high end shopping, great cafés and restaurants. Safe easy walk to everything.

Beautiful comfortable rooms

Upon arrival, we got to our double room and I was surprised how small the room was, but it suited our needs as we didn’t plan on spending much time in the room, but rather exploring. The bathroom was nice with a powerful blow dryer! The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I’m typically picky. Be aware though, there was no air conditioner and the room was very stuffy, end of April. You will need to use windows. We did not eat breakfast there but did have coffee, which we were charged for. 9 CHF for 2 coffees! The staff was good but not overly helpful or friendly! Finally, we thought the location was very great! Close to most things and a very close walk to the main train station. Overall, we had a lovely time and the hotel was pretty good and very quiet!

The rooms and staff were wonderful! I loved the location because it’s very close to the main train station in Zurich.

It was miles away from anything in a bit of a horrible industrial area
