Nothing special. Breakfast was good, the lady at check in was super nice. Sheets and comforter were dirty & housekeeping randomly let herself into our room at 8 am unannounced. The whole place is kinda dated for the price, but every hotel in the area that was cheaper had many reviews about bed bugs, so it was worth paying more to not deal with that can of worms…

I had 7 rooms booked for my touring band. We checked in late (after 11pm) after our show near Pittsburgh. Debbie, behind the desk for the night shift, was awesome, friendly, and helpful, when checking us in late in the evening. She was also quite sociable (and funny) while a few of us hung out in the lobby, late night. The rooms were fine. Clean and comfortable. In the morning, my phone started blowing up with texts from my band members saying there was no hot water. Several members called the front desk but there was no answer. When we met in the lobby to check out, we were told there was a power outage and that the heater takes time to get going. I understand things happen, but the 2nd most important purpose of a hotel stay is getting a decent shower before you leave and that didn't happen.
