The whole resort was amazing - in particular Tanya the barista in the 24 hour coffee cafe was just so wonderful. A clean resort- delicious variety of food.

Room was good. Robes were a nice touch Staff nice The drinks were sub par. Not sure what the house alcohol is but floor cleaner would taste better. Pool was dated and a little cold Food was a great selection but buffet items were cold.

Amazing hotel and the staff are incredible The food is very delicious and fresh We had an ocean view room and we enjoyed to watch the whales from our balcony everyday. The show at the hotel and they have activities every day all day In total we enjoyed very much

Check in took forever. The front desk staff have to walk to the back behind closed doors to ask the manager everything. I booked well in advance. I requested adjoining rooms; 1 room with 2 beds, 1 room with 1 King. I confirmed my request before arrival. Upon checking in (8pm so they gave my correct rooms away earlier in the day), I was assigned 2 rooms with 2 beds/room and they were not adjoining or even on the same floor. We were moved to the correct rooms the next day for a charge of $500 USD/room. I was told the new rooms would be ready by 3pm, they were not. The a/c did not work in 1 room all week despite many calls & maintenance visits. The safe did not work in the other room for a few days before it was repaired. I will not be returning.

Very clean, beautiful property. Not much to do in the immediate area, not walkable iff the resort. Beach is lovely and long, waves were strong. Food in the buffets was good.

The beach was wonderful, we saw Humpback Whales in the distance while having a drink at the Sunset Bar. The resort is well laid out and easy to get around. The 2 buffet areas provided great choice and decent food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restraunts were OK. The beds were very comfortable and the room clean. The coffe shop was great for a pastry and afternoon caffeine pick me up. The pool area was safe and accessible ,lots of beds, games, and the kids club looked fabulous if we had littles. Negatives-my opinion not 5 star, a little rough around the edges, service was disappointing staff seemed overworked and not very friendly, drink service was slow and unenthusiastic. Overall good value for money, not disappointed, take sunscreen as it's $40 at the onsite store. Whale watch and boogie board hire are worth the money. Uber is affordable and easy for transfers from airport to hotel.
