Beautiful and meticulously maintained 2 bedroom 1 bath condo in South Forest Beach! Located just across the street from the beach and just blocks away from all the shops and restaurants at Coligny and the new Celebration Park!

Location Location!! 3rd Row South Forest Beach - across street from Beach. This is a beautiful and completely remodeled two bedroom 1 bath - 1st floor (no stairs inside or out) condo located at The Dunes! Our condo is located across street from The beach on the Adler Lane Beach Access (5-6 minute walk to beach), it is also across the street from the Marriott Grande Ocean Club for those familiar South Forest Beach. Many consider this one of the best locations on the island - steps from the Tiki hut on the beach and a short walk to all the shops and restaurants located at Coligny. Our community also sits right on the awesome bike trails - so basically you can park your car for the week and walk and bike most everywhere!

Our completely remodeled condo features an amazing kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, bathroom with walk-in tiled shower, a beautiful primary bedroom with a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed with brand new tempur pedic mattress - high end linens and towels are provided. Smart Tv's in all rooms with Spectrum cable and high speed internet included.

We also provide beach towels, beach wagon, beach chairs and an umbrella for your stay! Our condo also has one assigned Parking space located right at front door. We know that you will enjoy our condo by the sea as much as we do, and all that Hilton Head Island has to offer!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for walking/biking to the beach. We rode our bikes to mini golf and get ice cream. The condo was clean and comfortable. We also loved being so close to the pool. Checking in and out was super easy. The kitchen had everything we needed since we got take and bake meals from Serg’s Take Out Kitchen. The only thing I couldn’t find was a tea strainer for loose leaf tea, but that was fine because I bought a cute one from the Tea and Spice Exchange store, which was right down the street in a great shopping plaza. We would stay here again!

Quick but nice getaway

Condo is very clean. Well set up, and information given well ahead of time. Would stay there again. The only negative is parking. We had a car, but parking/maneuvering is not set up well for bigger SUV’s or trucks.

Wonderful place, just not on beach

This was a wonderul, clean place and we really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we had is that the description says it is on the beach and it is not. There is not even a view to anything from condo. Beach is like a 6-7 minute walk, which isn't bad, just not what we were expecting and hoping for. Other than that, everything was very nice.

"All inclusive stay"

Great location to explore HHI

The 2 bedroom condo was a perfect location for exploring the island. It was just big enough for 2 adults and two children. The full kitchen was great to have and the beds were some of the most comfortable that we've slept on in a rental. We rented bikes nearby and were able to easily bike to the Coligny Plaza and Beach park area during our stay. You can walk to the Adler Beach access within minutes across the street from where the condo is and while we didn't use them, there were beach carts and items to use on the patio. Angela the host made everything easy with the instructions and communication. Would definitely return when planning another HHI trip.

Great place!

This was perfect place for our stay on Hilton Head Island! The place was decorated so cute and in a great location, just a couple minutes from the Coligny area and the beach! Loved all the information for the unit in her booklet, all the extra necessities like toilet paper, trash bags, Reynold wrap and plastic wrap. Never experienced that in all the places I’ve stayed in HH only gave the bare minimum. One of the easiest locks to work on the entrance of the property and so was working the TV

Great location!

Location was perfect distance to the beach. There is about a10 minute walk, but it was a beautiful walk. The condo had all the beach necessities (chairs, wagon, umbrellas). We also appreciated the washer/dryer in unit and the provided detergent. Excellent area and if we ever calmed back this area, would absolutely consider this condo! I also wanted to mention, we made a request, and our question was replied to within minutes and host was exceptionally wonderful to work with!!

Fabulous stay in HHI

Wonderful stay

Located less than a 10 minute (shaded!) walk from a beautiful, wide beach, this condo is comfortable and well-appointed. We are a family of 4, so though on the small side, the condo was just enough space for us. The kitchen is fully equipped with knives, cookware, small appliances, etc. all of which was utilized and very helpful! They even had extra garbage bags and dishwasher pods (more than 1) which is better than most rentals. Also - mattresses and bedding that is actually comfortable! Note to other owners: IT CAN BE DONE. The check in/out process is super easy and both the parking and condo location is so convenient. The supplied beach wagons are good quality with wide wheels, as are the chairs and coolers. Our family visits HHI every summer and this area (South Forest) is our favorite on the island.

Great Stay

We have been visiting Hilton Head Island for many years. This condo is in a great location. It is an easy walk to the beach and is close to a bike trail and other areas we enjoy visiting like Coligny Plaza. Although we didn't use any of them, the cute, small, covered porch outside is well stocked with items you can borrow for a trip to the beach. The inside of the condo is well equipped and well taken care of. We liked that it was a first floor unit. Communication with Angela was great. She was quick to answer our questions. We would stay here again.

Lovely weekend getaway near Coligny

We enjoyed our quick trip to HHI. The condo was comfortable and we loved the location. It was a nice and easy walk to the beach, especially using the included wagon to haul all our things, and the pool was clean and never too busy. The designated parking spot is right outside the condo and so convenient. The lot is narrow in places and can be a bit tricky to navigate oncoming vehicles but all the drivers were considerate. The unit was well equipped and the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. When we arrived, the smell of air freshener and/or scented cleaning products was very strong to the point of being overwhelming for us as we don’t typically use strong fragrances or scented plug-ins at home. Overall it was a minor inconvenience on an otherwise lovely experience but thought it was worth mentioning for consideration.

A Wonderful Vacation

This little quiet gem is tucked away off the road, but less than a 5 minute stroll to the beach. It was so nice to have access to a wagon and all the beach necessities you’d need. The condo is very well taken care of and very clean. The bike path is right at the end of the lot to hop and off. Communication with the host was very quick and easy when questions arose. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back:)
