The check in process was smooth and the staff was very helpful. I was half an hour early and the room was already set up. The breakfast was a nice addition. Even though, it's continental breakfast it still came with one hot food option. The dining area is clean and welcoming along with the staff! The room was clean and well equipped! The layout of the room was convenient and also spacious. The location of this hotel is located in the heart of downtown inside the mall so getting around was super convenient. I'd stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend them too!
