Staff and rooms were excellent. Great location to explore with a ton of food options. Area is walkable, safe and plenty of places to shop and explore. It was hot as expected so drinking liquids is a must, and there are plenty of spots to stop to get a drink. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative is the fire dept being across the street, which our room was facing, and given this is a decent size city- they have a lot of call which includes a lot of sirens at all hours. It wouldn't stop me from staying here as the staff, rooms and area heavily out weigh any noise around.

Great location, clean room. It’s inside the Funan shopping mall that has the underground tunnel connecting to the city hall MRT station. Super convenient. The room is very compact but perfect for a short stay

At first I thought it was a bit youth-hostel-ish, but I really came to like my room. It was quirky and pretty cute. I liked the rainfall shower head, and having the shower and toilet closed off from the sink meant that one person didn't have to wait for the bathroom while the other showered, and also that the mirror didn't fog up (which is usually really annoying). The free breakfast was cute (even though I didn't get the chance to really have some) and the communal kitchen was a really interesting touch i havent seen in other hotels. My only real want was that i think the room could have had a mini-fridge, mainly just so we could have cold water. I also would have liked the room to have a few tea-bags or something already in it, but it was easy enough to grab them from the communal kitchen. I was also a bit dissapointed i didnt get much of a view from our room, but the beds and the room itself was very comfortable. Also those chalk boards were really cute lol.
