Location was amazing. Right next to Clarke and boat quay, and fort canning. Situated in funan mall with many food options. There are rock climbing and other fun activities in the mall. It’s also connected to several other malls via underground link which add more food options and play options for kids. Public transportation also accessible via underground link. It is very hot in Singapore and this hotel was everything we were looking for when we thought about not wanting to be in the heat all the time. However they were doing construction and that took us by surprise. We weren’t able to hang out in the main lobby area. Also curtains are not black out.

Hotel located in very good location. Room is clear and very eco-friendly. The room inside has many rack/frame/drawer that I like for easy storage. People at reception are very friendly and well-response. One of the lady who handle my check-in and out who made me surprise to help me with the previous booking cancellation & refund (booked the wrong dates by mistake on-line). Be happy to stay again for the next visit.

Wasn’t aware that electronic ID via singpass is not sufficient for check in as there was no mention in the app about it. Unable to change the date of stay or obtain refund for the cancellation when I was physically at the hotel as the staff said I needed to contact them via hotels.com. After five days, there is still no resolution. Well done.
