Room was dirty. Carpet was nasty. Hallways never seen a vacuum. Pool area loaded with dirty towels and not a single clean towel. Window leaked. I won’t stay at a Best Western again. The breakfast was great.

Breakfast options are mostly uneatable. We called two days in a row to have the rooms cleaned, they never came. Overall facility is in poor conditions and employees working there don't make the smallest effort to retain any customer.

Property is well-maintained, but old, so some areas seem to be below expectations. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were very small in size. We had already checked in online to save time, but when we arrived for check-in at night, people were lined up waiting for their turn to check in. Very slow process to just complete the registration and hand over the keys. We booked 2 King bedrooms, but the lady at the reception told us that they don't have any King bedrooms available. I told her that we already booked via Expedia and paid in advance, but she said that they have only 2 queen bedrooms available. Later, she arranged a King bedroom and a 2 queen bedroom. Staff were courteous but seemed to be less professional or interested in serving us. During breakfast, no one was there to answer any questions. Had to reach out to the reception for some questions regarding dietary restrictions. Pool timing advertised 7 am to 11 pm, but it was open from 10 am. As a whole, it was a nice stay at this hotel.

I’ve stayed here many times on business, and this was likely my last stay. The facility is in desperate need of upgrading, which happens and is understandable. However, the hallways, stairwells, and even my room reeked of weed. There is clearly little or no effort being made to do anything about this.
