Got in late Sunday and was told housekeeping hadnt cleaned any of the rooms with queen beds. I had to "sleep" on a fold out couch. Not ok when ive had 2 spine surgeries and one was recent. No compensation or apology offered. Moved us to a room the next day and we asked for a microwave and was told "we arent required to supply those in every room". They could've moved the one from the previous room as an "im sorry" gesture. Instead i was told "its ok to be in a bad mood" i drove 17 hours and chose best Western because they typically hold themselves to a higher standard. Not this place. We booked months in advance for a 5 night stay. Left early due to poor customer service. Would not recommend.

They were very nice and exactly near where i needed to go. There was only thing that was not ideal; they had a car swap going on and so part of the lot was blocked off with caution tape and the first night there was not clear communication about how far over to park. The next day they did post signsge though. Would definitely stay here again when im in the area.

Our room had like no moisture control and the floor and beds weren’t just damp they were WET. Seemed like a very busy night and literally like one staff member in the entire hotel after 9pm. Unfortunately it was like the only hotel in the area that wasn’t $300+ or a motel and believe me I was awake and looking until 3am on a hotel to get my family out of here.

Usually I like Best Westerns for a budget friendly stay, but this one was awful. So, so dirty everywhere. The floors were sticky, every carpet was filthy, the bathrooms were terrible. The pool is huge, but rusting and molding and the pool deck was filthy. They were hosting a car show, so had blocked off most of the parking and I was told to “figure it out” by the front desk staff. We received no prior communication that a large car show would be there. I rarely leave negative reviews, if at all, but I don’t want other people to think this will be like most Best Westerns, which I have had very favorable experiences with. Just pass on this one, it’s gross.
