At 5:30 in the morning, what I was later told was the fire alarm went off and went off repeatedly for the next 30 to 40 minutes now I say what I was told it was a fire alarm I have been a flight attendant for over 22 years and as consequence of that, I’ve been through a lot of hotel fire drills, actual fires and false alarms, so I know exactly what a fire alarm in a hotel is supposed to sound and look like this did not happen it sounded more like a smoke detector going bad but very very loudly mixed with an alarm and the lights never flashed in my room. I was in room 410 when I went down to the front desk to ask about this, the front desk, clerk didn’t even take their eyes off the computer to have a conversation with me when I told him that one man on our Floor had not even heard the alarm go off if you have a fire in a hotel there needs to be no question whatsoever when a fire alarm goes off you don’t need to be standing in the hallway with people at 5:30 in the morning saying what is that? Is that a fire alarm should we evacuate really poorly taken care of by the front desk and when I call down, nobody bothered to answer

Mr Clean isnt here!

Nasty dirty! 3 ft of garbage bags from rooms piled up next to ice machine for 3 days. Hallway floors never vacumed i 6 days Food on dining room floor for 6 days. Never vacumed the dining area. The dirt build up on lights over the food buffet was so thick. Havent been cleaned in years. Mold in room #442 under floor lamp by air conditioner. Unit smelled. Parking lot and outside main entry filled eith tras and cigarette butts everywhere.curbs by hanidcap area loaded with leaves and trash. Hotel needs deep cleaning.Parking lot lights 2 out. Very dark and unsafe. Parking lot at night had people all over smoking pot. That was all we co I ld smell. Use to be the place to stay now very unappealing and sad.

It’s definitely a good (not great) place to stay if you’re on a budget, it’s close to major shopping, the rooms aren’t kept as clean as they could be and the noise from other rooms comes through the walls too easily, the staff are friendly but the cleaning staff could do better. It is a good place to stay, just a few small things keep it from being great.

had a strange encounter with an older man working the front desk, was very rude and screamed at us on the way out. as someone who works in customer service, i couldn’t fathom how he was handling things. the breakfast was bad as well. pool was really nice though.
