Room smelled of cat pee

My room absolutely reeked of cat pee to the point I developed a severe headache and couldn't even stay there, I wound up sleeping in a chair at family's who live nearby. I complained twice, the first time I was offered air freshener and the second time I was told they would refund me and am still waiting on that refund.

We stayed in the HMS which is the penthouse room. The best part was that we had privacy on our balcony as we drank coffee, listened to the waves and watched the dolphins each morning. The beach is not crowded and you can walk around the end of the island to the sound side as well. The room was clean and had a kitchen with everything you need. The bed was comfy. The people were so nice. I dropped a few things on my way out. They called me and mailed them back right away.

It was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Beach was not crowded at all. Left stuff out all day with no worries. Balcony right on the ocean. If you go here bring everything you will need as there are be stores or restaurants close. Loved this vacation!

My wife and I loved staying at this property. We had to book a stay here two days before our vacation due to our other place canceling. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The view was beautiful and the room was very clean. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Very cozy motel. You sit on your balcony looking straight at the ocean, no tricky “side or window views”. It is truly ocean in front of you! Going back in September. Staff was also very cordial and efficient.

The view from our room was Spectacular!! When we checked in there was a distinct urine odor. We asked for someone to come check it and he said he didn't smell anything. He did mop the bathroom floor, but it didn't help. The next morning I asked for someone to clean the comode, but that didn't resolve the issue either. The accommodations were suppose to be for 2 queen size beds, but it was one queen and one full size bed.
