The staff is wonderful. The room was the cleanest I've seen when visiting a hotel, Verbo or rental....ever! The motel is a short walking distance to the shore which includes your little private back porch, rocking chairs included. The room is fully supplied with pretty much everything you need, and the motel was very quiet, we had guests next door and around us and barely heard them. Plus, and most importantly, they allow dogs!!

My stay on topsail Island would not have been as good or great without this motel. They surprised me at every turn. Manager was great! The location was perfect! Cost was wonderful To be only a block and a half from the ocean. Oh thank you very much! I will be back

I would have never left if it was an option. This place was simply outstanding! We were wanting something that could keep children and adults occupied while having space to spread out and never having to get in the car. This home did exactly that!!!! We could walk to the beach with ease, the store in less then 15 minutes including the pier and a handful of quaint shops. It has literally everything by you need to prepare any meal or snack, games to keep the laughs going, huge tvs to catch a game weather you are in the pool or relaxing on the couch. Oh and coming from someone who struggles with beds that aggregate my back…. These beds were clouds!!!!! I literally could go on and on about how perfect this place is but seriously, just find out for yourself. Quit looking and book this one!!! Can’t wait to come back for what I am hoping will be years to come!

Nolan has thought of everything you could need and we didn't have to run out for staples like paper towels, TP, soap, detergent etc. he had these and all other household basics plus extras there: fans, baby gates, all the items on the listing were there and worked. We checked to see if the bikes had survived the rental crowd over the summer and he made sure they were in good shape before we arrived. This was so fun! Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Also great was all the beach stuff: wagon, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler-- saved space in our car and must haves at the beach! You don't have to walk far at all to the beach, and it's a nice flat sandy beach with houses, no high rises. Love being in a little neighborhood of houses and you're only a mile from shops and the pier. The sunsets on the back deck over the sound are lovely. It's on a busy road but it's not fast traffic and you can't hear the cars inside. Furniture inside the house is in excellent shape -- beds are solid, mattresses clean and solid/soft, pillows pristine and all the bedding in new condition. Sectional sofa looks/feels new and is super comfy! Streaming/TV is great! Wifi works great and my kids kept up with online college courses while there. Thick fluffy towels all provided, (beach and bath). Outdoor shower in great shape. Hot water heater kept up with our family and we have 4 girls! Felt like a safe, good neighborhood, and Nolan was easy to communicate with and so helpful!

Our week at the beach was fantastic. The house was spacious and in a prime location to be close to everything.
