One night in LaCrosse

Room was river view on 6th floor. Nice view! Clean property and great service. Bar and restaurant are great. Beds were extremely low to the ground and was different than other rooms we’ve stayed in there. Walls are very thin- could hear everything around us. Suggestion would be to try and keep families with children and those traveling with dogs on same floors.

The area around the hotel is beautiful and nothing wrong with the room. Unfortunately, When being checked in the staff assigned me to a room that was already occupied. I opened the door, my dogs went in and I saw shoes/a dark room; people were sleeping in bed. I was nervous and did not feel safe all night as someone could mix this up. If safety is your priority I’m unsure you’d want to stay here. When I went down to the staff after the mix up they put me in an accessible room with the bed on the floor and a smaller bed than originally booked (even after such a scary mix up). They did eventually rectify this and two rooms later I was finally in the room I booked. This was all at 9/930pm after traveling all day. It’s unfortunate this occurred as I was excited for my stay at the radisson as I stay in la crosse monthly and have never had issues with any hotels in the area.

It was very noisy. Cooling/heating equipment was very loud. Could hear other customers loudly in halls late at night. Pillows were poor. Pool was nice and clean. Employees were nice and helpful. Hotel was clean.

My room was fine. Clean enough. The staff was friendly, but could have used another person for check in. I was well aware that it is an older building, however the walls are thin and I could here people enjoying their evenings both beside and above me.
