Welcome to your perfect getaway on beautiful Lake Claiborne! This cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lake house is your ticket to peace, relaxation, and outdoor adventure. Whether you're casting a line from the dock, sitting around the firepit, or sipping coffee on the large deck overlooking the water, you'll feel right at home here.

Upon entering the home, you’ll be welcomed by a well-equipped kitchen stocked with pots, pans, seasonings, and the essential tools you may need during your stay. Just beyond the kitchen, the living room offers cozy seating and a Smart TV, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day on the lake.

The primary bedroom features a newer memory foam king mattress (2025) and sliding glass doors that open to stunning lake views, making it the perfect spot to enjoy peaceful sunrises each morning. The spacious master closet includes ample hanging space and a chest of drawers for easy unpacking, along with a Pack ’n Play and fitted sheet for guests traveling with little ones. The ensuite bathroom includes dual sinks, a large jetted tub, and a separate stall shower for added comfort.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for families or groups, offering a twin-over-full bunk bed plus an additional twin bed. A second full bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway and features a shower/tub combination.

Guests are welcome to use the boathouse for fishing, and a boat slip is available for parking a fishing boat. Please notify the host in advance if you plan to utilize the boat slip.

This is a beautiful piece of property on Lake Claiborne. The view on the lake is spectular. There was plenty of room for 6 of us. It was very clean ,& the property looks like walking into a new house. Checking in & out was very easy. We look forward to coming back & staying again.

Our family weekend at Pelican Retreat was fantastic. The lake views were beautiful. The deck facing the lake was large and well suited for a family gathering. The cleanliness of the house, grounds and boat dock were all as good as could be.

The view is stunning! The house was in pristine condition with everything clean and arranged in a way we still had room for all of our stuff. We ate dinner on the porch most nights. The dock was fun to fish off of. We found extra fishing supplies at Kel’s Kove nearby and enjoyed the Mexican restaurant and antique stores in Homer. Host was quick and helpful with any questions that came up!

Great location and view; easy to find; had all the amenities we needed for a short weekend stay while there for a lake tournament. Very quiet neighborhood. Short drive to boat ramp, and nice boat house for our boat for quick launch on tournament morning. The only downfall was the thermostat was owner controlled. There was a drastic drop in temps during our stay for which my daughter and I stayed inside most of the time while husband fished. Unfortunately, we could not set thermostat any warmer than 68 on heat. Also, I would suggest flipping the king size bed mattress in master bedroom or replace it. It has a huge hump in the center preventing comfortable sleep cuddling.

Our stay at this lake house was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even more spacious than the photos show. Every detail was thoughtfully considered — from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy blankets for relaxing evenings by the water.The lake views were breathtaking, especially at sunrise with coffee on the deck and at sunset by the fire pit. We loved having direct access to the water for swimming and kayaking, and the dock made everything so convenient. It was the ideal mix of peaceful relaxation and outdoor fun.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire home felt welcoming and well cared for. Communication with the host was excellent — quick responses, clear instructions, and helpful local recommendations.This was easily one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. We’re already talking about coming back next year!Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful lake escape.
