Elevator at the second floor did not go down had to use stairs the staff knew about it. I saw the cleaning lady asked her what was going on I heard her on the phone the lady at the front desk had to be to push button to second floor they knew that if you were on the second floor you couldn't access elevator from there, heard cleaning lady say what are you going to tell the residents, front desk already knew but they didn't tell the people staying there

Disappointed

It was okay until it was time to go to sleep. Then there was a light shinning in the window that was as bright as the sun shinning in all night. Then when i ask for a room change they said it would be an additional 45 dollars if i wanted to change rooms. Not mention the fact that you can hear traffic all day and night. The beds are hard and the pillows suck. I would say the best thing about the place is the ac works good.
